Student Connections is a Salvation Army initiative in Coventry to connect students and young adults in the city, offering social activities, a vibrant youth choir and opportunities to explore faith and Christianity in a laid-back environment with like-minded people. You can drop-in to one, some or all of our activities at our building in Upper Well Street - no commitment, no pressure.

What's on offer?
SOCIAL INTERACTION
Activities to build friendships and commonality of purpose, with a hangout zone, Sunday meals, organised food meets, sport, theatre, social justice projects to name but a few social activities!
FAITH JOURNEY
Exploring and developing faith with Youth Alpha and discovering our true identity and how we fit in to the world, all the while growing together in our understanding of ourselves and others.
MUSIC MAKING
A Youth Chorus with a Gospel vibe which doesn’t rely on musical knowledge nor the ability to play an instrument - you need to be able to sing though!

Student Connections is a framework for connecting students and young adults between the ages of 18 and 25, based around social connections, a youth choir, social injustice projects and modern teaching programmes around faith and identity based in the City of Coventry. It aims to bring people together to discover, explore and develop faith and make links and friendships that can last for a lifetime.
Keen to know a little more on the faith stuff?
Really informal and not at all pushy. We just learn and explore together with like-minded people. Simple really.

Alpha Youth creates a space for young people to have meaningful conversations about life, faith & purpose.

PASTOR LANDON
The Bible and Christianity in a punchy straightforward way with Pastor Landon's online channel.
The music making?
Proper good singing with great company. What could be more fun!
A group of young adults between 16 and 25 singing and performing together. If you can sing, then drop us a message and we'll get you involved!
And the social bit?
Informal hanging out each week with like-minded individuals. Simple, straightforward.
Pool, air hockey, chess, table tennis, television, coffee, chat and whatever else it wants to be (and that's just the normal weekly stuff).
We also have ad-hoc NFL screenings, cinema nights, eat-out evenings, Sunday lunch and lots of other things - good, eh?
Where and when?
There are things happening regularly.
A Friday Hangout Zone each week, ad-hoc social get-togethers, youth chorus rehearsals twice monthly, Alpha Youth/True Identity/Study nights run at different times during the year and there's weekly church every Sunday morning at 10:30.
